The incline of our treadmill is manual. 0.6-1.5mph working mode, 0.6-3mph climbing mode, 1.5-3mph walking mode, 3-6.2mph running mode, allowing you to choose different speeds based on your needs. Our treadmill arrives fully assembled and can be used directly after unboxing.
